Exams are comin' up again...

Me finals are just days away...17th will be the first and 20th will be the last. It's kinda hard to sit for exams knowing Christmas is just around the corner, its like the exams are near CNY, Deepavali or even Hari Raya...That particular mood to stick me eyes to the book just ain't there whenever these holidays are around the corner.

Well, a week before the first paper and controversy strikes again for the 2nd time in the first year of me degree. Coursework marks unfairly given, where some people don't even have to sit for the finals coz their coursework already gave them 50% but the rest of us got 20++, 30++ over 70 (the total for the coursework) Imagine that?

Too much, won't ya think? We're all wondering, are gonna even pass this paper?? Sigh...complaints have already been filed, e-mails have been sent...all we can do now is just wait until something is done by the HOD...Hopefully things go our way...

Its been such a long time since me last post, me time was actually occupied with much worries but much happiness helped cover those worries. Guess what! Am another rank older now, hahaha...an uncle or a Kao Fu or a Mama (uncle in tamil)...haha...being an uncle ain't easy ya know, am practically responsible for baby's night time milk mixing. When Stevie Wonder's daughter Aisha was born, he celebrated her birth by writing the song Isn't she lovely? Now, isn't this little one adorable? holding her own bottle when she was drinking her milk...Despite the fact that she's adorable lah...but she's one naughty girl...hahahaha...when she's awake, you can never put her down on the baby court or even the bed for that matter...she'll cry in minutes, sometimes seconds...the thing that's worst for me sis is that this lil' one sleeps during the day and is wide awake at 4-5 a.m...Nocturnal?! hahahaha...Well, that's y i've been put in charge of making her milk for her during the wee hours of the morning...=)

A Week Full of Ups & Downs

Even though it's only Wednesday but this week has proved to be a little too much to handle for me.

Sunday was "Travel-to-KL-Day-Again", once more down to KL when i just came back like 5 days earlier (Was there for a real long time - from Friday right up to Tuesday). So yea, pretty long and traveled down to KL once more to send me sis off to Korea. A tiring day indeed left for KL at around 10.30 came back at about 12 hours later. Tiring day, don't cha think?

Not much happened on Monday, just the usual waking up late, getting nagged for that, then carrying on with the usual, Football Manager and FB. So, let's skip Monday.

Tuesday, went back to Kampar to get me printer up for the new semester. Dad went up an cleared me whole room, now itz squeaky clean. Then off to Tesco to get some goods and me went n played one of me favourite games of all time. Scoring as ya can see 233/250, close but not there yet...haha...

Now for today (Wednesday), had to fast last night from 10 - couldn't eat anything, could only drink water coz me had to get a blood test today. Woken up by me alarm at 8, suddenly got a text from Mum - "Pickup puppy for Bro-in-law's parents at 9". Alright then I said. So me picked up this cute lil' fella.

Cute lil' fella, was very scared at first. Me ended up killing a lot of fleas the whole way. Became doggy-sitter for the day. Then me started getting more attached to it, and it to me. Mischievous lil' fella, here are a few pics of the lil' fella.

Sigh, doggy-sitter duty over, he's gone with his owner now. Am really gonna miss this lil' fella. Felt a little tear-y when they were leaving, definitely felt a bond there, when me put him in the box it was like he never wanted to go. Still a little tear-y writing this post. Hopefully this lil' guy would remember me but I doubt that.

Ending the day with a heavy heavy heart. No animal in the whole world can replace a "Man's Best Friend" in my eyes.

First day of the week...

What better way to start off the morning but with a delightful jog where there's plenty of fresh air and lush greenery surrounding the area...Well, that's what i did...a morning jog at me nearby mountain side...=D

Woke up at around 7.30, well not really 7.30, it was more like 7.50...hahahahahaha...then did the usual, brushed washed me face and got ready to move out with dad...me brain was still starting up, didn't really listened to what dad was saying...hahahaha...Then jogged and jogged and jogged til around 9...

With the luscious greenery surrounding the area, it just gave me a real good feeling in the morning. that feeling where it felt like my day was gonna be a fantastic one, itz still going quite well actually...haha, what about a few photos to see for yourself the "luscious greenery" i was talking about rather than reading it...hehehehe...

After a refreshing jog in the morning, it was time for BREAKFAST!!!!! hahaha...neways, that's quite the bit for today...c'ya guys round yea...=)

The Holidays are Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woohoo!!!!!!! After 2 and a half weeks of stress, the holidays have finally come...but...despite the fact that the holidays are here, am still worried about a few papers...am hoping to pass em', nothing else...

Well to start off, Monday was the last paper for this semester and I actually wrote so much til the point where ya got ya hand crammed as though you just finished doing bicep curls...it was that tiring, at this point you would have probably guessed it. If i wrote this much for a paper, it would probably mean that whatever i read came out for the paper...ermm, well...that's sort of what happened...=P

Hehehehehe, that's a lot of writing on me question paper, don't ya think? Ya haven't seen me answer script yet...LOL...haha...aaarrgh...enough of exams...let's talk about how me week went.

Well, nothing really much done since Tuesday...but today would be a lil' different. Woke up at around 11, then did the usual (brushed, washed, switched on - laptop, fb a while) and spent the rest of the day in Ipoh Parade. Checked the papers...ei, Nasi Lemak 2.0 is still playing in GSC!!!!!! perhaps should watch the labelled "controversial" movie of the month and that's what i did...hehehehehehehehehe...

I seriously don't und why "people" are against this movie, if it was against the Entertainment law in Malaysia, they wouldn't have approved it would they? Perhaps there are other reasons to why "people" are against the movie...Oh well no bother, watched it and i don't think it could create any racial problems. Well, shouldn't be spoiling it for other people...

SO, IF YA WANNA KNOW WHAT THE MOVIE IS ABOUT, WATCH IT WHILE ITZ STILL "LEGAL"...LOL, for those who can understand mandarin - no worries, you'll laugh all the way thru but for those who can't really understand mandarin, well there are always the subtitles but be sure to laugh when the whole hall is laughing and make sure you don't laugh after everybody stops if not you'll look weird...LOL...Alright guys, I guess that's all for now...c'ya guys round...=D

I Will Be Back...

It's been a while since my last post...having a hard time trying to clear my head of all the thing's I've memorized in the past week...feelin' like my head's gonna blow sometime soon...owh well, for me during a Uni exam, itz either you do your best or you do nothing at all and let "Fate" decide for you (Well practically, if you do nothing then you know what to expect adi la)...

What's happened so far? Well, first two papers were alright...not really what i expected them to be, quite straight forward but today's paper was a real challenge...took me darn half an hour to think of a logical answer.

Owh well, two papers remaining...Just hoping for the best nothing more, nothing less...

Clock's tickin' away...so much to cover yet so little time to finish it, sometimes i really wonder...how people can just sit in one particular spot and stick their eyes on their books for hours without taking their eyes away...

Is education really all down to thick text books and powerpoint handouts??!!

Sigh...Trying to get the important bits out of that one subject is taking so much time...Setting high targets ain't gonna help if i can't get the right stuff out of me notes...Think i'm just gonna aim a little lower this time, better luck next sem...=/

10 days to go til the commencement of the final examinations for me first semester, there's still a lot of ground to cover despite the fact that scopes for the exams were given...Me revisions have to start, even though me don't like reading much i still have to push myself to the point i might just faint while revising...look at it this way...

This much of notes to revise (including a few 600 pages textbooks la of course), well...only way is to make time for these to be chewed by the eyes and digested by the brain...much much much to cover for five subjects...first paper Introduction to Advertising, hopefully the paper would be forgiving for the time i accidentally dozed off during the lectures...=P hahahaha...oh well, time to get started...c'ya guys l8er...

A Tough beginning

The year 2011 so far has been quite challenging so far, has taken me much on a roller-coaster ride where the downs have perhaps been more than the ups in life...No point of looking back and feeling down bout it (not my way of doing stuff)...Well, 4 more months to go til this year ends...haha...not expecting much happening but who knows? One day life may just throw you something big when you least expect it to happen.

Well, first semester of me first year...didn't expect me tutorial-mates to be such fun peeps but in the end, me expectations were so so wrong. As time ticked on, we got to know each other better (well that's usually how it goes la in semester 1) A fun group to be with especially after the BBQ last night. Another semester's coming to an end...Wishing each of them the best in whatever subjects they maybe taking in the next semester...=)
